Against the backdrop of deepening global climate governance, the continuous advancement of the “dual-carbon” goals, and the rapid development of the digital economy, the building materials industry is facing the dual task of green and low-carbon transformation and digital upgrading. Xiaohuan Wu
Chair of WSSO TC 1

Xiaohuan Wu, Female, Han ethnicity, member of the Communist Party of China, is a well-known expert and scholar in China’s building materials industry and a Professor-level Senior Engineer. She graduated from Wuhan University of Technology with a Master’s degree. She currently serves as the Executive Deputy Director (acting Director) of the Information Institute of Building Materials Industry and the Executive Deputy Director (acting Director) of the Technical Supervision and Research Center of Building Materials Industry.

Duanjing Wu
Secretary-General of WSSO TC 1

Duanjing Wu, Deputy Chief Engineer of the Information Institute of Building Materials Industry / Technical Supervision and Research Center of Building Materials Industry, Professor-level Senior Engineer, Master’s degree. She also serves as Assistant to the President of the Cement Admixtures Branch of the China Cement Association, Member of the Carbon Neutrality Services and Certification Committee of the China Certification & Accreditation Association, and Vice Chairman of the Beijing Green Building Alliance, among other positions.

Executive Deputy Secretary-General of WSSO TC 1

Siyuan Yang, Deputy Director and Senior Engineer at the Certification and Evaluation Center of the Information Institute of Building Materials Industry. He also serves as Chairman of the Branch Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association (CDNCA) at the Information Institute of Building Materials Industry, Member of the National Technical Committee on Lightweight and Decorative Building Materials of Standardization Administration of China (SAC/TC195), Expert Member of the Standards Committee of the China National Research Society for Maternal and Child Health, Deputy Secretary-General of the Passive Prefabricated Building Professional Committee of the China Bulk Cement Promotion and Development Association, Expert Member of the Standardization Technical Committee of the Beijing Construction Hardware, Doors, Windows and Curtain Wall Industry Association, and Expert Member of the Expert Committee on Ultrafine Mineral Admixtures and Low-Carbon Cementitious Materials，Registered Senior Auditor for Green Products Certification and a Registered Senior Auditor for Voluntary Product Certification in China’s certification and accreditation sector, as well as an Assessor for the Skills Evaluation of Talents in China’s Building Materials Industry.
